If you haven’t been to our new space yet, you are missing a gorgeous and spacious facility that is still small enough to be intimate and personal with just a little more elbow room.
Other than that, the next few months hold some changes for our whole approach around here. I’ve heard your feedback and want to make THRIVE the place that meets your needs.
Friday Flow (9:30am) is a yoga inspired flow session to encourage breathing, mobility, balance, and recovery. We will use mats, blocks, bands, and the wall to assist with poses. All levels welcome!
New Flexible Schedule:
I know how hard it is to commit to the same 2 or 3 days every single week. I’ve heard your feedback and I'm paying attention.
Starting now you can attend any class, any day, all week. Come 5 days in a row, come as you are, come as often as you want.
New Class Times:
Starting Monday, Sept 3rd I have an 8:30 am and 9:45 am class everyday. And yep, you can hit any class that works for you.
Starting Monday, Oct 2nd I’m offering a 5:30 am class on Monday and Wednesday mornings. If you need to hit the gym before you hit your day, this one’s for you. Tell your early bird friends!
Starting Oct 1st, prices will increase to a flat rate of $95. In an effort to keep it simple, I’ve streamlined all my pricing.
