My Gramma made tuna casserole almost every Friday night. But let's be honest: I was a kid and tuna casserole was soggy and weird and I didn't like it one bit.
Thank goodness my taste buds have grown up a little, and now that I know tuna packs a mean nutritional punch I try to work it in every now and then.
I can honor my Gramma and still tweak her recipe just a little, right? ;)
