Happy weekend, my dears! Here is your Sunday Runday workout.
This is one of my favorite workouts of all time. I do this one when I travel and only have a hotel parking lot or a sidewalk to use as my 'gym'. It doesn't take much time, and if you are really sprinting you will engage your legs, your booty, and your obliques, too!
Tip: use a tool like MapMyRun or Google MapMaker to get the distance just right. These are both free websites where you can drop pinpoints in a path to see exactly how far you are going.
