Happy weekend, my dears! Here is your Sunday Runday workout.
This workout was programmed for me about 6 years ago by a running coach who I adore and trust. It took 3 minutes off my 5k time in about a year. I couldn't believe it!
Tip for these workouts: Keep a log of your splits and overall time. You will be so psyched when you see your times start to get faster.
(Did you notice the timecap. All that means is when the clock hits 27:00 you are done, no matter how far you've gotten in the workout. This is in place to keep your intensity HIGH. No worries if you don't get through all the intervals... keep doing these Sunday Rundays and you'll be there in no time.)
